We manage consulting services.  Our business model is to package and market niche business expertise with a focus on organizational management and process improvement.  We provide consultation and training services that result in reduced waste and risk, increased customer satisfaction and increased profitability.

Our business addresses technical or resource gaps within an organization by providing concentrated and specific expertise for the immediate benefit to the customer.  Our customer engagements range from a 1-hour Lunch & Learn session to full-time contractor placement. 

What is the solution we sell?

For our customers: We offer the search, brokering and management of subject matter experts that can be utilized on a per diem, per hour or retainer basis.  Using contracted, project-based experts allows for major improvement in a very short period, where expertise and resource gaps are a constraint.

For our consultants:  We take out the administrative burden associated with the business development process and provide opportunities to spend your time doing what you do best – help organizations improve.  As opportunities arise, our consultants accept the projects that fit and reject the projects that do not.
