A Management System expert specializing in automotive manufacturing process improvements, Jim has over 17 years of experience serving domestic and international organizations in their pursuit of excellence.
In 2003, Jim founded Concentric Management Systems, Inc. in order to serve the training, consultation and assessment needs of his clients, specializing in ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and AIAG core tool implementation. Jim is a RABQSA accredited QMS Lead Auditor.

A veteran recruiter in automotive manufacturing, Dan has over 20 years of experience serving domestic and international corporations in the vehicle systems manufacturing sector.
Dan has expertise in the automotive and heavy-duty commercial markets and recruits at every level of his clients’ organizations, with an emphasis on operations, and technical professionals. Dan has led the recruitment efforts of several multi-national Tier 1 plant start-ups.

PAT
An expert in Manufacturing, Reliability and Quality Engineering, Pat has over 35 years of engineering and management experience in the naval avionics and aerospace industry. He also consultants with automotive and service suppliers. Pat is an excellent ME, QE and Operations Management Consultant with various ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and AS9100 implementation projects under his belt.
Pat specializes in organizational manufacturing process improvement, utilizing his experiences from Raytheon, Naval Avionics Center (NAV) and Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC). Pat is a RABQSA certified QMS Associate Auditor.

DR. LEAH
Dr. Leah’s role as a business and career consultant allows individual coaching clients to fine-tune their personal or professional lives, attaining new levels of success and satisfaction.
Leah has earned a doctorate in counseling psychology from The Ohio State University where she completed a dissertation regarding vocational identity and psychological health. Her bachelor’s degree with honors in psychology and French is from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and has completed coach training through the Institute for Life Coach Training.

MELISSA
A veteran materials laboratory manager in manufacturing, industrial and commercial testing laboratories, Melissa has over 15 years of experience in laboratory management focusing on ISO certification, quality, customer service and safety.
In 2011 Melissa joined Concentric Management Systems, Inc. to share her experience through training and consulting specializing in Quality Lab Operations, ISO 17025 implementation and account management. Her experience as a Requirements Analyst and associate development provides a well-rounded profile for supporting lab development and accreditation.

THUAN
Thuan is a Six Sigma Blackbelt with over 30 years of engineering, manufacturing, program management and quality management experience in automotive, aerospace and defense industries.
Thuan is an expert in problem solving, AIAG Core Tools (SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.) and Advanced Manufacturing techniques such as value-stream mapping, ANOVA, Lean and other Six Sigma tools.

DR. ROBERT
Robert is a business and management analysis for operations, P&L, strategic planning, process design and improvement, and CMMI / ISO implementation. Robert works with management and technical staff to control existing systems and processes, and develop new capabilities.
Robert provides technical and operational expertise for advanced problem solving, productivity improvement and risk management. He is a RABQSA Certified Lead Auditor, RABQSA Certified Business Improvement Auditor, Certified Aerospace Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CMMI Auditor and ISO 27000 Consultant.

JOHN
As a principal partner and multimedia designer for his own marketing company, John utilizes his talent and passion for designing and developing content for digital media to serve clients in various industries. John’s talents range from graphic and web design, video production and editing, to Flash animation.
John has adapted and excelled at incorporating new digital media strategies in his client’s marketing projects. Outside of digital content, he is also an accomplished artist in creating and implementing marketing strategies that include product and web identity, logos, brochures, posters, annual reports, billboards and other marketing materials.

RONII
Ronii is a Market Research Consultant and branding strategy guru. She has a whole list of credentials like an MBA from The Citadel that will bore you to tears and she loves to go around telling people that she actually is one of the Most Influential Women in Business because the Charleston Regional Business Journal told her so. Obviously she lives in her own little world and really is a walking contradiction.
She loves beer, college football (Let’s GOOO Mountaineers!), pizza, jeans, and designer high heels. You can find her out and about literally everywhere, so walk up and introduce yourself if you are ready to get an earful; she has never met a stranger.

MONTY
Monty is one of the world’s foremost experts on automotive standards as a Senior Lead Auditor for ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001. Monty has been all over the world as a Lead Auditor for multiple registrars. We are very proud that Monty leads our “TS” public training sessions. He makes very tough material extremely fun through his “auditing horror stories” and jokes about fat-free donuts.
Monty was one of 12 hand-picked Automotive Quality Experts to be chosen by ANAB to take the first accredited International Lead Auditor certifications in 2002. Since then, he has worked with hundreds of companies to assess and improve their capabilities through process improvement and ISO/TS 16949 certification.

MATT
Matt is the Principal and Senior Consultant for his own specialized consulting company that focuses on direct material cost reductions for manufacturing clients. Through a lean manufacturing and 6 Sigma-inspired method, Matt will improve your current supply chain’s cost structure or will manage the migration to a more competitively priced supplier.
The best news about Matt is that there is no up-front or hourly fee structure as used with our other consultants. Wolfy’s projects are all about sharing a percentage of cost savings. If he can’t save you money, then his percentage of savings = 0, and Wolfy HATES “0″.

Pam is another consultant that knows more about working with Defense Contracts and Information Security than most of us know about ourselves. She has an expertise in ISO 27001, CMMI, ISO 9001 and special projects for the US Government.
